RE: Hate this time of year

I hear ya...but with a 3 yr old and a 2 year old it just means we have to come inside earlier. Which of course mean I have to entertain them more, which means I am dog tired!!! Especially now that DH is gone for New Orleans

Well hey at least you get outside, I still can't get up the umph to

get outside and do things with them and then to have it get so dark

so early it just makes it even harder. Luckily I gave them baths

this afternoon or else it would have been another night without a

bath b/c I'm so tired and down in the evenings. (

Well hey at least you get outside, I still can't get up the umph to

get outside and do things with them and then to have it get so dark

I know what you mean about the dark... Have you thought of buying the

flourescent bulbs? They are rather expensive, BUT, they are so much cheaper to

use and the don't burn out fast either. You can get 100 watt bulbs that use

only 15 watts of electricity.

I love them. I have slowly put them in all the rooms now... SOOOO much

brighter.

just good old depression as well and it's just worse this time of

year, I'm going to the doc next Thursday to talk to him about it.

We've tried them but to me they make the outside of the room look

more yellow. The middle does seem brighter (we have ceiling lights).

more yellow. The middle does seem brighter (we have ceiling lights).

We have the ceiling light also, the kind in the ceiling fan. The light we got

say bright white. I hate that yellow tinge that flourescents had, but these

don't seem to have that problem. Maybe there is a difference? I got some of

them at W-mart and some we bought at Sam's (4 pack for $20).

It used to bother me a lot too when I was in Germany. I used to burn a lot of candles. Gives a nice warm glow, & I could pretend it was a little bit of sunshine
