I'd be careful wit the Atkins products. The propose " Net " carbs which

means after they discount the fiber content of the carbs. It is best to

use the original carb volume with this diet when calculating meals.

I used to make Pizza for my daughter. I used to make " egg white keto

bread " .

Whip plain egg whites until stiff. (be careful to get no yolk in or

they won't whip)

Spread onto a sprayed with Pam cookie sheet in whatever shape you

desire.

Bake at 350 until spongy and pliable.

I used to also take off the top stiff peaks with a large spoon and drop

onto the cookie sheet to use for strawberry shortcake.

If you make a flat sheet of it, thick enough to cut into bread shapes,

you can use it as " bread " .

Add sweetener and/or Cocoa to the mix and you have chocolate cookies.

For Pizaa just cook it (or cut) into rounds and then add premeasured

cheese, pepperoni, or whatever you have premeasured for the meal.

I always measured eggs after cooking them. I did the same for these

recipes.

A new health food store opened up in our town.... and I was delighted to

discover some new products that are helping us a bit. Light Lavash

bread has

fewer carbs and proteins than many " atkins " products. A 28 gram serving

has only

5 carbs and 4 protein.... A phone nmber to order is .

Additionally, I discovered Bruschetta by Walden Farms for our pizza

sauce with 0 carbs and

0 proteins. Hopefully this will help.
