Guest guest
In the past few weeks, my son has been squinting in a tick sort of way. Not all the time. Only when he is watching some action in a room, like children playing or adults moving around cooking and talking, and he seems to be processing what is going on, like what he sees has captured his imagination or stimulated his thought processes. Anyway, the double- eye squinting in an involuntary response and it happens several times and then it is through. This can happen quite a few times in a day, perhaps twenty or more, but I have never actually counted. Anyway, I thought this was a normal developmental stage, but the speech therapist remarked that it was strange. She didn't say we should have a doctor look at it when I asked her directly, but she just looked puzzled. Anyway, does this sound familiar to any of you apraxia families? Is this something I should be paying close attention to? Or am I making too much of it?
