Oh my gosh!! I was never warned about this causing seizures. I knew about

sunscreen precautions, but checked my kid shampoo and sure enough - glucoside!!

My daughter has had some seizures in the past month even though ketones and

everything else looks perfect, this may be the culprit.

Does anyone have a brand of shampoo & conditioner they recommend?

Thanks!!

It was Gerber Grins & Giggles (oatmeal, I think). Just check the ingredients

for glucoside!

Good luck,

I don't have time today but this weekend I will scan the list of Keto

friendly products that we got from Hopkins and post it. It includes

shampoos, lotions, lip balms, and more. We were told that sunscreen was

most important because usually it was something that you applied a lot of

and something that was applied frequently. We were told soaps and shampoos

probably weren't that big of a deal but some wanted a list so they supply

it.
