Guest guest
IT's correct. Along with 2 grams of fiber. If you change the milk to whipping cream, it is 7 carbs. Looks like it's worth trying. Okay, darn it......please pull out a Master Cook or something as this says it has 8 carbs and it has MILK. Of course, we all know the only way to make Brocolli soup is with CREAM and certainly not with anything low fat, but here goes: Cheesy Broccoli Soup

It also makes a great enchilada filling and tortilla chip topper. I don't use a mix for the rice--I just spice up brown rice myself. I do stuff like this a lot, though. Versatile, quick, tasty. ygg
Guest guest
Tyra - I'm going to try that, it sounds so good and healthy! Those Southwest veggies are great. I put them on top of a pile of lettuce, chop in a tomato, and use Trader Joe's Salsa Verde for the salad dressing. Good, and low cal, like your recipe. Thanks for the idea.
