Guest guest
, Well you don't have to weigh in if you don't want to. I actually rarely do. I try to focus on exercise, water intake and eating right instead. But I was just wondering, since you are down 3.5 lbs why you didn't want to? Well anyway, good for you! Keep up the great work! Guest guest
Well, here's my weigh-in for today. I am 161.5. So I did drop 1/2 lb. but that is not much for dieting for a whole week. Hmmmmmm, I'm not going to allow this to discourage me! Onward! -- > , > Well you don't have to weigh in if you don't want to. I actually rarely > do. Guest guest
Thank you for the encouragment! I regret to report that I have now gained it back, but hopefully another loss is around the corner! --laura > > , > > Well you don't have to weigh in if you don't want to. I actually > rarely > > do. Guest guest
, Every little bit counts! You shouldn't be discouraged and you shouldn't say " only " half a pound. Honestly here, I have not only not lost in a long time but I gained! So be happy you didn't gain! Seriously though, what is more important than losing is feeling good, working on habits, being in control like resisting a second helping or eating something low fat over something fried, walking by the bakery section in the store and not getting anything... things like that because once you master those things, the weight coming off will be like a reward for being good. Does that make sense? This is why I am not even weighing. I'm focusing on getting regular exercise, making better food choices and drinking water. I know when I do all those things that the weight will come off. You can do this! Just keep at it and see what you can change if you aren't getting the results you want.
