I am looking forward to Rhonda's recipe, too!

Having made regular yogurt, please don't go out and get a yogurt maker if you do

not already have one. You can use a regular jar (I use canning jars). The

regular kind is so simple, that I am eager to hear how to make the keto one

using the cream.

We use the Yo-Gourmet yogurt maker to convert Langan's cream to

yogurt. It is much tastier and better for her, and we don't have to

flavor it or sweeten it. We got the recipe from Rhonda Ackerman on

this site. She has used the SCD with her child. If you have any

questions, let me know.
