Em, I can sympathize because I use to say, "How come my stomach hurts, and I only had a piece of toast for breakfast because my stomach feels bad, and I don't want to make it worse!" Who knew!! Especially since I was buying expensive bread for over $3.00 a loaf with extra whole wheat, oatmeal and nuts. I thought I was buying the best, and it sure was! Donna S.
