Exactly how much water are you drinking?

Rule of thumb.

8 glasses @ 8 oz plus another glass for every 25 lb needed to lose ,

plus replacing every glass / cup of coffee/ diet coke.

Also, remember to count the carbs in coffee - 0.5 per cup.

It all adds up.

Are you drinking it black, with cream or with milk?

This diet is so strange for me cause I feel better than I have felt in years, have much more energy (and with 16 dogs, you better have energy.....LOL!!) almost never crave anything and am never hungry.......yet I don't lose weight!!!

Were you dieting before you tried this WOE? That may have something to do with it.
