Rule of thumb. 8 glasses @ 8 oz plus another glass for every 25 lb needed to lose , plus replacing every glass / cup of coffee/ diet coke. Also, remember to count the carbs in coffee - 0.5 per cup. Guest guest Posted October 26, 2001 Report Share Posted October 26, 2001 This diet is so strange for me cause I feel better than I have felt in years, have much more energy (and with 16 dogs, you better have energy.....LOL!!) almost never crave anything and am never hungry.......yet I don't lose weight!!!
