Listen to your mommy instincts when it comes to the day to day life activities of your child. You know him best, they do not. He is the one who will understand .....Your Instincts are great. It is what I have always read--heard-etc. too many enzymes for wee ones especially --will call these strictures. Several years ago there was a really big thing about it . They had gone and made larger dose in caps of the enzymes also. my granddaughter was on the 32's..really-some of you will remember that short period of time when we had them like that. So they didn't have to take so many capsules. WELL--then they had about 11 wee ones who had really horrible times. (mostly in Europe.one in USA.) They were due to too many enzymes .....was the final answer to us . SOoooooo do less until your GI doc fines a different reason for this happening.
