Thank you to everyone who posted responses both online and off in response to my

question. I tried to write back to you all individually but after a short time

it became overwhelming! I have learned a lot from all of your discussion. I

still think there's something to it, and as many of you said it probably is a

sensory issue in some way. It would be very interesting to me to see a formal

study done on the subject.
