Thanks ,

I've tried explaining things to her, you would just have to meet her to understand! It's sorta funny, when our friends meet my parents, later I'll get a pat on the back, a nod & a "now I understand".

I guess she means well, she just thinks she knows more than God! She even second guesses all her Dr.'s

I know she cares. She treated my sister the same way. She was on her case all the time last year, up until had surgery on her neck requiring 2 rods, 1 plate, & 7 screws! Then she started to believe that she did have a problem! Since you can't see lupus on an x-ray, she can't quite grasp it.

I'm sorry your mom is so "unknowing" for you. I'm fortunate in that there is alot of RA and some lupus in my family so we all know about the others pains and fatigues etc. Maybe you could print out some of the info in the archives to give to your mom to read. Maybe if you can educate her, she will be able to understand.

Hi ,

Welcome to our group! I'm so glad you have a supportive

husband. I don't know where I'd be without mine! Please feel free to

whine or ask questions anytime!

Becky
