If you live the northeast, Wegmans has several varieties. They also

have a ton of marinades.... And the good news is that they are

labelled so there is no guessing. Vic

Wegmans is a supermarket chain in the New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia and land area. All most all of the Wegman brand items clearly label GF right on the label. They also carry a small selection of "typical" gluten free products.

Homemade BBQ sauce,

4 tbsp ketchup " Heinz "

1 tsp mustard " French's "

2 tsp gluten free soya sauce

1 tsp - tbsp vinegar or lemon juice depending on how much of a bite you want to it.

if you want it sweet add a tsp of sugar

dash of the spices you like, he uses salt, pepper, 5 spice, oregano, paprika and sometimes nutmeg.

Best way to do it is finish with the ketchup to get the consistency that you want.

Saz's Bar-B-Que sauce is gluten-free. It's in

Milwaukee, but they will send it to you. Sorry, I

don't know the address or other contact info, but

have seen it advertised is " Living Without " . It's

delicious, I've eaten at the restaurant.

So does this

mean Heinz ketchup and French’s mustard are gluten free?  Both contain

vinegar and the mustard has natural flavours, which I thought were not safe to

eat?  Other than trying them, how would I find out for sure?

Thanks,

I know I'm jumping in late here, but Sweet Baby Ray's is GF and delicious. We switched to it for me and the rest of the family always wants to know what we use :)
