Guest guest
If you have a Smokey Bones BBQ Grill restaurant in your area they are GF and excellent on everything you can grill! You have to ASK for it as they don't sell it in jars for the public, but when I explained why I was wanting it the owner of my local one sold me a container of it - I just took it home put it in a jar to keep better. lisa > > Does any one know of a thick barbeque sauce GF > > Thank you Rita >
Guest guest
Homemade BBQ sauce, 4 tbsp ketchup "Heinz" 1 tsp mustard "French's" 2 tsp gluten free soya sauce 1 tsp - tbsp vinegar or lemon juice depending on how much of a bite you want to it. if you want it sweet add a tsp of sugar dash of the spices you like, he uses salt, pepper, 5 spice, oregano, paprika and sometimes nutmeg. Best way to do it is finish with the ketchup to get the consistency that you want. Em Barbeque I live In Canada No smokey Bones No catleman or Wegmans. Guest guest
Wegmans is a string of grocery stores. They started here in the Rochester, NY area. Below is the web address for where they are located. I thought they were in New England but they aren't - more like NJ, PA... I love it there because they have been labeling all of their name brand products. They have a ton of foods I never thought I would have again, like white hot dogs! Best of luck - Vic http://www.wegmans.com/about/storeLocator/ http://www.wegmans.com/eatWellLiveWell/foodAllergies/
