Hi all,

I tried the chocolate recipe last night and i found that 1 or even two

packets of sweetner are not enough..tasted like sweet bakers chocolate..

and how much cream is a little??? i add a 1/4 cup and it was still real

thick.., any idea how many carbs??? i counted and roughly 12+

I was wondering how you mixed this up? i did it in a small bowl and i had it

everywere..So next time i will do it in a zip lock bag..

Mine was not a total loss how ever..

I put what i had left of the chocolate and the rest of the heavy cream, in

to a bowl and whipped it up...Tasted like chocolate milk pudding... i have

wanted to make jello and whipped cream yesterday but way to many carbs in

sugar free jello... this was better cause hubbby and i will split...ramble,

ramble, ramble...

The recipe for the pudding on the box suggests using low fat or skim milk(high in carbs) and the nutritional counts are based on that.

Someone on another list uses half heavy cream and half water to make her pudding which significantly lowers the carb count.

You'll just have to experiment as to what your taste buds like :)

I'm sorry! I thought you were saying Jell-o had too many carbs; if I reading

this psost correctly, you were speaking of pudding, not the regular jello.

Right?
