The amount I lose seems to be proportional to the amount of water that I drink. Being male I havethe advantage of being able to tell instantly if I am dehydrated. Guest guest Posted October 25, 2003 Report Share Posted October 25, 2003 reporting in, went to ww this morning, i lost 1 pound, which i was happy with, grand total is now 18 pounds! phew! thought i gained this week. was little worried. LOL! other than that, doing pretty good. drinking my water, still working out at the gym. (weekends is my off day for exercise though) just figure i check in.
