I literally STOP losing if I stpo drinking water. The amount I lose

seems to be proportional to the amount of water that I drink.

Being male I havethe advantage of being able to tell instantly

if I am dehydrated.

Colour of the urine stream. It;s right there in front of us.

Clear doesn't mean you're drinking enough water.. any colouration

means that you're not.

At least, thats how it works for me.

I have found the same thing with me. It is one incentive to drink my water.

reporting in, went to ww this morning, i lost 1 pound, which i was

happy with, grand total is now 18 pounds! phew! thought i gained

this week. was little worried. LOL!

other than that, doing pretty good. drinking my water, still working

out at the gym. (weekends is my off day for exercise though) just

figure i check in.

Way to go, . Congratulations on the loss! I usually take one

day off on the weekend too. Good to hear you are doing so well.
