His lawyer and mine doubt he will actually do any jail time. We have seriously overcrowded jails and Lou is not the most likely candidate anyway. He has hung around all this time, not even on bail because he was released on his own recognizance. Oddly enough, there are things that he wouldn't do, and he made a specific promise regarding that.
