Guest guest
Night owl for sure! I went to bed at 4AM CST. If I go to bed much earlier I can't sleep, so I might as well stay up. I "tuck my husband in" and after he falls asleep, I get out of bed until I am sleepy. When I saw my new neurologist on Monday (after my second ER visit passed out after a "seizure"), I told him I had taken Lunesta for insomnia, that 1mg did not work, 3mg worked but caused problems with memory and confusion, he shook his head and said never to take Lunesta. Unless we are advised differently, we will get our flu shots tomorrow. The nurse at the doctor's office said he does not have the shingles vaccine but said he will give us an RX so we can get the shot at the pharmacy. We never heard of getting a shot at a pharmacy. Does anybody have any views on whetheror not we should be getting these shots?Good grief, another night owl.. can't sleep either huh? Flu - yes! Shingles - I would do anything I could to avoid Shingles, but you should probably ask your doc about this one.
