Guest guest
Okay...both of you ( and Rishe) have done a marvelous job so far. You know what? I think you need to step back and really look at what you have accomplished so far then...perhaps decide if it is enough if you stop where you are right now at this moment in time. You feel better than you did, think of reasons not to lose more and also (probably) wonder what it would feel like TO lose more. That said...I would recommend taking a break from weight loss. Yes, I would say it is time for some maintaining of what you have lost already. Practice the skills you have learned and don't gain an ounce. Then, when your body has had a chance to adjust to the new thinner you it will probably say, " Time to move on down lower " OR it might say... " Enough is enough...at least for now. " And...do make a list of the reasons you started to lose weight in the first place and see if you have accomplished the goals you set for youself healthwise. If not, reassess and make a new plan then go with what seems right for now. Never think of yourself as a failure...nope...look at what you have accomplished to date and knowing that you are successful realize that for full personal health at the highest level you will have to continue doing what you have been doing for the rest of your life *IF* you truly want the best life you can provide for yourself.
