EFAs and immunity

A few months ago or so in this group we were talking about how EFAs

appear to raise immunity in the families that take them -how we/they

don't get sick like before, appear to be able to fight things off

way better. I had posted how my family has been exposed to people

with strep more than once and how none of us caught it, and how I

had to throw out the cold medicines we had because they expired. I

posted how I had not been sick in years. A few here suggested that

meant there was something wrong with me that I had not been sick in

years...

Dakota and I caught the flu virus going around that knocked us both

for a loop for a few days! Dakota got it first since it was going

around his class and he was home sick in bed for 3 days and then I

caught it and it's taken me 4 days to get over it. Glenn and Tanner

never caught it.

The other day however I was laying in bed with a fever completely in

shock that I was sick with aches and a fever -and shocked that it

hit me so fast. Then I remembered the messages here and had to

smile to think I can't wait to tell the people here that said it's a

problem when you don't get sick that I still 'can' get sick when

taking EFAs...at least once in 5 years anyway.
