I'm new here, just joined today. My name is and I'm in North Jersey. I

started WW for the first time 8 weeks ago and I LOVE IT. I've tried a ton of

diets and none ever worked, I don't like to be deprived, so if I'm told I can't

eat it, then that's what I tend to go for. However, with the Flex diet, I can

eat ANYTHING I want as long as I stay within points. I have fettuccini alfredo,

and chips and dip, I don't deprive myself because I KNOW that will take me off

the program. I always stay below my points and I count every single thing that

goes in my mouth. Even if it is just one french fry off my children's plates.

In these 8 weeks I have lost 20.8 lbs and still have at least another 100 to go.

But that is okay because I know, that no matter how long it takes, this is a

LIFE commitment. I will be counting for the rest of my life and I've accepted

that, FINALLY!! LOL It took my many many years to figure that out.
