Guest guest
OK, so I've been doing the EFA/EPA with my oldest (15) to help w/ his ADHD-subtype inattentive. (what was once known as ADD). He had been on 27mg of concerta until June (end of school) Since then I've been giving him 5 EFA/ 5EPA's, daily. These doses were spread through out the day. I will admit with this schedule, I had forgotten a few doses here and there. My son kept telling me " this isn't working, still have a hard time paying attention, staying focused, can't think of the right words " So recently I decided to " double " each dose. So in the AM, instead of taking 1 efa, and 1 epa, he takes 2 of each. Then in the afternoon, 4more, and at night, another 4 (again, 2 of each) I'm wondering if that is to much? We just started this yesterday, so really to soon to see any results (pos/or neg) just yet. Thanks for any and all input..
