Guest guest
Diet helps me. If I stick to a "clean" diet. No gluten, dairy, no coffee, no soda pop, no preservatives, no food dyes. I have no burning. Blueeberri did it help your pain? How long on the diet did you notice a difference? Are you sensitive to dairy as well? Thanks for the info! A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. Guest guest
It has definitely reduced my inflammation overall. I noticed within a month, I would say. Many notice sooner, but some take longer - depends on your degree of intolerance. Many who are gluten intolerant are also having difficulty with dairy and give up both for a time to see how it goes (I did this). Then add dairy back in after your gut has recovered a bit and see how you do. I do raw milk now - much more tolerated by the body because pasteurization breaks down the cellular structure and renders milk basically indigestible. Many people with milk or lactose intolerance do great on raw dairy. I love it! Melinda > > did it help your pain? How long on the diet did you notice a > difference?
