Guest guest
I have read a lot about people pushing up their doses and schedules, but I still don't have a perfect handle on what seems to be working best for most people. We are using 1/2 tsp of nordic naturals Proefa oil once a day in the evening. When we were giving the same dose in the morning it didn't seem to be as effective. I know for some there have been side effects and problems with night time dosing, but seems to be tolerating it pretty well. I have considered adding proepa but haven't started yet. I have also toyed with giving my current dose twice a day but I didn't carry it on for a long enough trial to know if it made a difference. So what are people doing? How well does it seem to be working for you? In what way does it work? Have you seen any side effects? What is the age and diagnoses of your child. Also, if you could, try and be specific about the brand and type of fish oil you are using.
