Wow! I'm new too!

Hi everybody,

I'm new too! I had been on WW 5 years ago and lost 35 lbs. I proved

to myself that it wasn't impossible! I could have self control! Then

my life got busier and much more complicated and gained back a lot. I

lost a bunch on a low carb plan but that was too restrictive to my

tastes and my busy family life situation.

Of course I gained it back and more. Whenever I stop being concerned

about healthy eating and my weight, I really fall hard!! I am a

comfort eater and I like to eat large quantities, often, too. Plus

being on the run a lot, I'm at the mercy of whatever fast food is

nearby! Yikes! Not a good combination! I'm putting all that behind me

now.

I'm making much better choices now and I am very happy to be back on

WW. I feel so much more in control. This seems like a very supportive

group, also. THanks for being here.
