Guest guest
Hi,Have you tried any type of diet for the PCOS? My friend has PCOS really badly...and her doc fussed at her for years over her diet. She started eating better and exercising, and in the process she lost a lot of weight and created a lot of good changes in her body. So much so, that she is pregnant with her second child (unexpectedly) while it took her 5 yrs. to get pregnant with her first. There is a lot to be said for good nutrition. It's so hard to figure out what we are supposed to do, but I honestly don't think we can go wrong with eating better. I'm trying to concentrate on eating more fresh fruits and veggies and meats, and cutting down on processed foods. It's hard, though, cause I have a major sweet tooth for chocolate! ;-) I tell my hubby it's my drug of choice! ;-) Take Care,ChelleMy question is...what about women with PCOS? I've been told that imight have this condition too along with the vestibulitis...i havevery very abnormal periods...i've tried going off the pill and endedup not having periods for months and months and gaining a lot ofweight. Are there other ways to balance one's hormone levels otherthan using BC?
