Guest guest
Hey Chelle, I haven't really got into a lot of difficult exercises yet. The exercises my pt has me doing is simply lying down and squeezing but cheeks together- thats one.(not sure that I like this as it kinda forces ya to do a kegel) The second is lying down with knees bent- pillow in between my legs- and squeezing. And the third is lying down with my knees bent - pushing one knee up toward my chest as my hand tries to keep it from going further up to my chest. I will look online to see if I can find anything like these, but it was my first appt so we really didn't get in to too much:) I will let you know if I can find anything like this CNew year...new news. Guest guest
Thanks, Carolyn. I think I'll probably have to end up going to a PT for SI joint stabilization, but I'm interested if you find out anything! Take Care,Chelle
