I swear by avocado oil with Vit E in it. It's all natural, no additives and it's not overly greasy. I think it's great. I get it at Sprouts, the local health food store.

-- moisturizing products?

What all do you use to add some moisture to the vulva? It seems to

improve some as the month after the period goes by only to be

irritated and dry back out after my period. I've been using emu oil on

it since the swelling has gone back down in the labia for the dryness

and itching but I'm really not all that satisfied with it. I used

premarin for a bit but wasn't happy with using that.

I haven't heard of avo oil for topical use. I'm going to look it up.

Does it help with the burning?

I have some A&D here but have been avoiding it because I keep

reading not to use petroleum type products there. Does it really do

ok?
