Hot fish oil

I've been meaning to post this for a while. I ordered the ProEFA from

a link from the Cherab site and when it was delivered with the mail,

the bottles were warm, like they had been sitting in a hot mail truck

all day. This really concerned me because I don't know how hot they

were allowed to get (here in Louisiana, it's already quite hot and the

week I got it was particularly hot). I've been using them anyway, but

I have three bottles all together. How worried about this should I

be? And is there a vendor I can order from who is more careful with

shipping? (I suppose one never knows how these things are stored or

shipped, even when purchased from a local store.)

Second question, should I keep these in the fridge? I have the

capsules, and since our (FEMA) trailer doesn't have central air, we

only run the AC when we're in it. I've been avoiding storing my fish

oils in there (keeping them in the climatized house) but this isn't

very convenient. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
