s/l ANATROP -dependent congestive heart failure

" woman has " s/l ANATROP dependent congestive heart failure, due to

nonischemic dilated cardiomyopathy. " She is dependent on dobutamine, but

this is not what the s/l sounds like. I have looked EVERYWHERE for this.

Probably inotrope, per D & D, " inotropes a class of drugs that affect the force or

energy of muscle contractions. " Dobutamine is an inotrope. Margaret

Maybe inotrope-dependent congestive heart failure.
