The rules of the buddy list have always been that you have to both

send in all of your money on the same day. I know that Dr. Levin has

sent this information out to the board many times. I have seen it.

If you are on the payment plan you obviously cannot send in all of

your money on the same day, am I right?

Did you already have a consult with Dr. Levin? If you had concerns

about that I think that you should have asked him at that time.

Sorry that you got confused about it but of all things you were not

deceived because it was in plain English for everyone to see.
