Debbie: what a load to carry. I understand how you feel. You certainly HAVE given up a lot of wonderful work. I understand that too.

Emu oil is nice. Also try A & D Ointment. It is good for everything!! How about ESTRACE in the tube.

Can you get a blow dryer that has a very low temp setting. I have a very old one that has the lowest lowest setting that is very gentle. I started doing that on my own. SELF care and listen to your body is very important. If you think it will work for you, then just try whatever idea you get that YOU think of. that is what I do.

Gabapentin never did anything for me either.

Thanks for the welcome. I can't wait until my Emu oil arrives. My

blow dryer has a cool setting but on the high level. It feels the

same if I use it or not. I guess I am just at the start of a very

long journey. Take Care.
