Guest guest
Hi there, so this is actually something that i've been dealing with for awhile now and doctors seem to have dismissed it as nothing. I've had a few small bumps on the right and left side of the clitoris. They are underneath the hood and almost resemble trapped pus. My gyno said it was probably just a fat deposit of sorts and not to worry about it. Honestly though it does worry me a bit because they don't go away and sometimes new ones appear. Also if i apply pressure directly to that area it hurts. Has anyone dealt with this? I've been researching online and can't seem to find anything. If sharing pictures would help I can provide that too...I just am not sure what to do about them. I had hoped my gyno (who is at the pelvic pain clinic in chapel hill, nc) would be more concerned, but i've brought it up on a few occasions and they barely focused on it. And honestly, sometimes i can get better information through this than my doctors. Any thoughts?
Guest guest
Oh I read an article not too long ago that would have probably been of some help but I'm not sure I could find it again. Have you searched " clitoris pain " and seen if anything come up. There is something about the lubrication there on the clitoris, under the hood but I am so sorry I can't remember what it said. If I come across it I'll post it. > > Hi there, > so this is actually something that i've been dealing with for awhile > now and doctors seem to have dismissed it as nothing. Guest guest
I think I've had the same thing. My clitoris became very sore and painful about 2 months ago. I found something online about smegma and clitoral adhesions. I pulled my hood up and stretched the whole area around. I found a very small spot of white that I had to pick at to get it to come off. I took warm baths and massaged and stretched the area. It took about 2 weeks, but I got back to feeling normal (at least in that area.) I hope this helps!
