Guest guest
Hi, I work behind a computer all day and want to know what are some low cal or low points items I can snack on during the day. I already do the low fat mozarella stick, yougurt, and V8. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Serious-Weight-Watchers wrote: There are 25 messages in this issue. Topics in this digest: 1. I am on core, so this one did not have ANY POINTS! I put a little canola oil in a frying pan, added diced onions, diced red peppers and a small can of mushrooms. I did add a little garlic powder too. Cooked those for a little while (not for too long, because I like my cooked vegetqables to be a little crunchy (and it's good fiber). I added three eggs (pureed by hand) and cooked them together for a short time. It was excellent and I got three of my veggies in in one setting! For lunch I had imitation crab and more red pepper (wish those didn't cost so much, I just love them). I think I'll have a WW Smoothie right now to get one of my milks in. So far, I only had one point today of my 35 - I had a cup of International Coffee earlier, my special treat! Have a great day (I weigh in tomorro!!!) Laurie food ideas for newbies Good afternoon all, This morning i had a very delightful breakfast i thought i would share with you all. Breakfast sandwhich made with one point english muffin, 3 egg whites (one point), a slice of cheese (two points) (i stick with the full fat because i'm originally from WI, but i'm pretty sure you can get one point slices, right?) a one morningstar farms sausage pattie (one point!). Anyway, i found it very filling and tasty (first time i've ever tried vegetarian stuff, so i was surprised) Also, i really really like the michelina's lean gourmet garden bistro bowl. according to the box, it is only 4 points and three full servings of veggies. it's in the frozen meal section, and you can eat it warm or cool, which i like too. Anyway. I've eaten tasty stuff today, thought i'd share. later, everyone, laura
Guest guest
two of my favorites are deli-sliced turkey. The smoked is six of the slices for 1 pt. I eat it either plain or wrapped in a lettuce leaf w/ a little mustard. (can also add a red or green pepper strip, onion, etc. inside the roll for zero added pts.). Another new favorite of mine is no sugar added applesauce. They come in the individual cups and in different flavors (granny smith, strawberry, mixed berry). They are also one pt. apiece. Both of these are on core (that's what I'm on). Jenn __________________________________________ Yahoo! DSL – Something to write home about.
