Does this make sense?

Telemetry had demonstrated an A-paced, V-sensed rhythm with some

isolated PVCs and on occasion the PVCs were paced.

Makes since. The abbreviations mean atrially paced, ventricularly sensed

rhythm. This is often the case or the opposite atrially sensed and

ventricularly paced. This is on an AV sequential pacemaker or DDD type

pacemaker this occurs. The abbreviations, of course, are acceptable as

well.
