Guest guest
Oh good idea...wow you made me hungry! Thanks for the tip... I get filled up very well when I make a 3 egg-white omelet filled with a bunch of sautéed mushrooms. The omelets’ only 1 point. Pair that with a ’ Light English Muffin (1 pt) with a bit of SF Jelly and I’m set for a long time. Making up some zero point vegetable soup also helped a lot at the beginning while my body was adjusting to the lower calories. I could eat a bowl of that whenever I was starving and it would fill me up for a bit. Good luck! I think that the first month is the hardest time on WW. Once I get past that time it becomes habit and I can stick to it much easier. I'm using the Flex Plan. I'm allowed 24 points per day along with my 35 " extra " points. My questions or need for suggestions is, I'm really hungry today. I wasn't yesterday but I certainly am today. This is what I have eaten so far; Breakfast Oatmeal 2 pts Banana 2 pts Snack: All Bran bar 2 pts It seems like I will use my points up quickly if I have more for my am snack. I'm drinking a big glass of water now so I'm hoping that will curb my apetite. I guess I'm also really missing my son and this is when I want to eat. It is horrible to think that on one side of my brain I can want food and on the other side I know that I really don't. Am I crazing or what?
