Guest guest
I am sorry that it has taken me a week to post this. Our birth experience was not exactly like I planned but baby is here safe and sound. Baby Lee Goff, III was born on Thursday, June 12th at 7:38 p.m. weighing in at 9 pounds 9 ounces and 21 inches long. Labor was induced on June 12th at 6:30 a.m., after 3 1/2 hours of pushing and 2 attempts at vaccuum delivery it was determined that his head was stuck in my pelvis so we were rushed into the OR for an emergency c-section. My OB was able to push his head up out of the pelvis and deliver him successfully, although her comment was " This baby would have never fit out vaginally - look at the size of his shoulders " . After delivering him my uterus ruptured to the point that it will not sustain another pregnancy, fortunately it was repairable and did not have to be removed. He also dislodged my bladder which had to be tacked back in place. All in all I am forever greatful to Dr. Levin for our miracle baby. I am also glad that our little man is here safe and sound and in my arms....I have uploaded his picture into my album (G) Will keep in touch, many things to do while baby is sleeping so will go for now. Hugs to all, G. Nashville, TN TR: June 10, 2002 - Dr. Levin Baby Born: June 12, 2003

Guest guest
Congratulations on your new arrival!!! I am so happy for you. It sounds as though it was a difficult delivery for you. It's all worth it in the end though. I pray that you have a speedy recovery and good enough pain medication to make it bearable. Welcome Baby !! Nice to meet you!
