PINEAPPLE COLESLAW

3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons splenda

1 tablespoon skim milk

4 cups cabbage -- shredded

1 8 oz. Can pineapple chunks in water -- well drained

Paprika -- optional

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, splenda and milk.

2. Place the cabbage and pineapple in a large salad bowl; add the

dressing

and toss to coat. Chill Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
