Hi, everyone,

I'm sure this is a very simple question, but I cannot find the proper spelling

of the mouth sore, or " canker. " I find this spelling used only in relation to

cats and horses, according to SEMD, and " chancre " defined only in relation to

syphilis and pronounced differently, besides. Anybody have the appropriate

spelling for one in the mouth?

Thanks!
