Guest guest
I hope she gets to feeling better quickly. is sick today too. Fever of 103 last night. : / Started throwing up and has a croupy cough. He's arguing now that he doesn't have to go to my sister's but she's watching him while I work. I would love to call in sick but I don't feel like being written up again after just being reprimanded for missing work. Ugh! Some days I'd love to just quit work. Finding sitters and worrying about sick kids while I'm at work isn't worth the money I'm bringing home. Tina > She has 39 ºC. I don't know the conversion to ºF, but she is really hot. Guest guest
OMG. I am sorry is sick too. He is much worse Dessiree hasn't throw up and just has a little cough. I can't imagine how it would like to leave your son when he is sick. Poor both of you. He needs mommy and you would be worry all day. I quit my job when I got pregnant. I had a pretty good job and was making good money, but we decide it was better for me to stay home. It had a lot to do with the fact that I had to go through a long treatment to get pregnant, finally we got Dessiree on the second IVF. I past the whole pregnancy on bed. It is most likely that we wont have another baby since we don't have the energy nor the money to make another IVF. So we thought pretty much this was my only chance to raise a baby. Guest guest
Cecilia, I'm so glad that IVF worked for you. I couldn't imagine spending an entire pregnancy in bed! Besides being uncomfortable the stress must have been horrid. 's feeling better. His fever dropped on its own which is good because he couldn't keep the tylenol down. He stopped throwing up too. I just let him eat a light breakfast so now it's just a matter of waiting to see if it stays down. He says he's feeling much better. I would love to quit my job because I'm tired of having problems finding a sitter. The job I have pays well and I only work about 3-4 hours a day. I'm next in line for a full-time position which wouldn't be bad when the kids are all in school, but it will be a major pain when they're sick. The main reason I don't quit is because my husband's factory has been threatening to close for 2 years now. They're down to less than 600 employees. 2 years ago they had over 3,000. Things are really shaky and if the plant closes, we'll need the health insurance at my job. : / If it closes we'll survive, but things could get rough so quitting isn't an option right now. Guest guest
I know it's hard to ignore them not eating. Try to keep good things available for her to snack on between meals and just let her eat how much she wants at mealtime. As long as she's not losing weight, she's fine. It's better for her to have 5 little meals than just 3 big ones at that age anyway. is very funny now. He has gone from eating large meals to grazing. He eats lunch at school well they say, yet he comes home and starts snacking right away and just keeps on going. Now I try to have something like macaroni ready when he gets home and then I don't worry if he skips his dinner. Kids.....gotta love em.
