Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 >Cheese Soup >3-14 oz cans of Chicken Broth >2-1 lb bags of veg Medly(frozen) >10 oz light Velveeta cheese I made a soup similar to this with broccoli instead of vegetable medley and found it pretty thin. >5 can soup >1 can Veg All vegetables >1 can diced Tomatoes >1 can Progresso Minestrone Soup >1 can corn >1 can any kind of beans >1 can of water 1 cube of bullion I made this soup last weekend. It is much better if you sauté an onion and a celery stalk before adding the cans of stuff. I used a can of chicken broth instead of water and bullion, black beans, and a can of seasoned tomatoes instead of plain (the kind seasoned with basil, garlic, and oregano I think). I also added some extra garlic. A cup of it is on the line between 1 and 2 points -- a cup's worth makes a pretty filling lunch if you cook a Boca burger and crumble it up in the soup.
