Does my husband need to go with me? It is very hard for him to get off work. He is a plumber and right now, they are super busy. Also, I would like to get on the buddy list. What procedure do I need to do that? Do I consult first, or pick a tenative date and then consult? Also, should I send my medical records over before I sign up on the list, or sign up very first thing. I could really use that discount. It would help. Thank you so much!
