Another question: How do you tell if you have a CF leak?

Where have you disappeared to my dear??

How are you doing on your Atkins diet?

I did it for a week and a half and couldn't take much more of that so

I switched over to Slimfast a week ago and I have been doing really

well on that. I just had my slimfast breakfast. I mix the milk

chocolate with a banana and ice in the blender and it tastes so good

and is so filling! Then I drink another for lunch (not with banana)

and then in the afternoon I have been eating a slimfast chocolate bar

and I drink plenty of water. It keeps me full all day. When I go home

I just eat a small portion of meat and a salad or veggie and then I

walk my 2 miles on my treadmill and I have lost 7 lbs. in a week!!

I did this once before and lost 35 lbs. on it. It was hard to get

going on it again but I finally have. Weekends are the hardest for me.
