Patient with adenocarcinoma, unknown primary, most likely breast cancer:

1) Does this sound right (both phrasing and tumor in consideration of unknown

primary)? " Subsequent report also showed that the tumor expressed estrogen and

progesterone receptors. "

2) Further evaluation including bone scan would show a (s/l " Suprascan " ) with

diffuse involvement of metastatic disease.

3) Neurologic exam: There are no sensory or motor deficits, no (s/l

" estorexus " ) noted.

Thanks for any help.

Hi a,

On #2, Stedman's show a Superscan capitalized, but at the below web site it

shows it lower case, and it seems to fit your context.
