Meal Plan Suggestions

Hi! Just joined this group! Thrilled to have found you!! After 4

months of WW meetings and not seriously working the program, I'm

really dedicated to getting myself in a new healthy lifestyle from

this day forward! I'm tired of hearing how great my husband looks

since he lost weight (by default - I'm cooking healthy and he's

benefiting from it) Me? Still the emotional eating and I'm getting

more emotional from my lack of focus so I need a good plan.

Does anyone have a suggestion(s) for a weekly meal plan? I figure if

I keep my routine simple and stick to a meal plan, it will not only

help me lose weight safely but will also help me budget my shopping

list.

I'm open to all suggestions! Thanks for being here.

Look at this website...www.savingdinner.com. I found this site through

Flylady.net and have subscribed to the body clutter meal plan. Leanne sends

weekly meal plans every Thursday (it easily fits into the Flex plan). The

fee is nominal (about the price of an average cookbook) and takes all the

thinking out of the way. Even has the shopping list already typed out.

I'd like to hear what you think.
