Guest guest
A positive attitude will create opportunity. Although we can't control events or other people, we can decide what our attitude will be. And the attitude we choose today will have a decisive impact on the opportunities that become available to us. We probably won't get what we want and need if we decide in advance that we re incapable or unworthy of receiving it. But just as gloom and doom breed more of the same, and optimistic outlook invites a positive response. Perhaps we have allowed past disappointments to color our hopes in somber shades; thus, we operate on the theory that if we don't expect anything, we won't be hurt or let down. We may avoid a few popped balloons that way, but how many promising opportunities do we forgo in the process? We don't know what today will bring in the way of new knowledge, challenges or problems. We do know that if we approach each experience positively, it can hold a promising opportunity for us. * Today, I will expect good things. ~Keep The Faith~ Retta Louisiana (-52.6) Come Visit Our Group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WeightWatchersGroupSupport/
