Morning:

2 Splenda packets 0

2 TBSP suger-free/fat-free creamer 1

1 low-fat/Low-carb/wh.wheat tortilla 1

1 slice 2% cheese 1

2 TBSP salsa 0

3 egg whites 1

8 ozs FFMilk 2

1 Mandarin Orange Fruit Cup 1

1 micro-cup 'Italian Wedding Soup' 4

Snack:

1 large carrot, raw 0

Feelings Today: Felt like I did great today. Got all water in. Didn't eat all

my points, should have had 24, but I'm trying not to eat after 7pm, so I ran out

of time to eat the other 1.5 Need more veggies tomorrow and probably 1 more

milk serving.
