Guest guest Posted January 1, 2006 Report Share Posted January 1, 2006 My goals for 2006 are: Get to my goal weight sometime during 2006 by doing the following: -- Following the WW plan, thus eating more healthy and eating less -- Exercising more -- Get whole family involved and excited about getting healthy I'm tired of 'jacking around' with this weight. 2006 is my year! I've lost 27.5 lbs since the summer, so I just need to keep the momentum. I'm shooting for another 10% of where I'm at to give myself a mini-goal. Thanks for starting this thread...helps to get it 'on paper' to get focused for the New Year! Guest guest Posted January 2, 2006 Report Share Posted January 2, 2006 My goals for the New Year are to stay focused on task at hand(whatever that may be at the moment), walk ( or move) more everyday, eat better (plan healthier meals for my family), work on being a better wife/mom/friend/Christian, have a cleaner more organized house.
