Does this make sense. (in bold) with what he says first?

O. The carotic, heart, lungs, abdomen, and peripheral pulses are normal.

There is no peripheral edema, JVD or HJR. Asepsis bellow.

typo there on the carotid... thanks... I was wondering about the bellow part.

he says something that sounds like sub c's bellow. Thought maybe asepsis but

that didn't sound right to me. Any ideas??

I'm not positive what you're asking about since the bold won't come through

on this list, but I think carotic should be carotid. I can't imagine what

" asepsis bellow " could be, sorry.

S. Patient has hypertension. No side effects or symptoms or related

CNS, GI, GU or respiratory symptoms.

O. The carotic, heart, lungs, abdomen, and peripheral pulses are normal.

There is no peripheral edema, JVD or HJR. Asepsis bellow.

A. Patient's hypertension is well-controlled.

P. She is to continue HCTZ 12.5 mg and lisinopril 10 mg. Return in 3

months.

It sounds like he is saying sub c's bellow.

The term " asepsis " itself doesn't really make sense in that place in

the report since they aren't doing any procedures that would require

it so maybe.....it's just something simple that we can't figure out

because we're thinking " asepsis " . Just an idea! :)
